Is It an Upside Down Question Mark in Spanish?

I think exactcomasin solilic alphabet might have a version of morse code that wat ot where its i the symbols. I presume it's because the order of subject, object and verb is different in spanish. But any rat, i's definitely not greek. It's been a while since i so it's our numbers that are arabic, and our rr alphabet that's roman. The idea that you need to know in advance, because the words won't make it as obvious as they do, may not actually be a very educated guess. That may be what we call an uneducated guess, acturally, and therefore ver silly.
