Sung ho kim was arrested on theft and burglary charges, but he was released on bail six days before brooke disappeared. Kim's computer contained over forty thousand mages of women being raped, mutilated and dismembered. There were two automatic hand guns and three semi automatic rifles also discovered in kim's room. The district attorney proclaimed that kim's computer contained among the most graphic and violent images i have seen in my 15 years as a prosecutor.
