Is There a Pandemic?

In cities that don't have mass transit, people are paying more. But even in cities that do have mass transit,. like mine, they can't get people to show up to work. D cs bus and metro bus system just announced that it's going to a saturday schedule indefinitely during the week. Certain buses will not run at all to downtown. The roots that, like my kids, for example, take to school every day are now haved. They wait for forty minutes for a bus versus ten or 20.
