Overnight multiple explosions rocked the capital city of Kiev for the first time in four months. Russia also launched a missile attack that hit a residential building in Zaparizia, killing at least 13 people and entering dozens more. The attacks could be seen as a retaliatory measure after the sole bridge connecting the Russian mainland to Crimea went up in flames over the weekend.
