Client Story: Mourning Without Bypassing

Ever caught yourself spiritualizing your pain instead of feeling it? Drawing on Kabbalistic teaching about Klipot (shells that form when divine light cannot be integrated), I'm revealing why spiritual bypassing is actually a fifth trauma response alongside fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. We spiritualize, dissociate into concepts, and stay in mind instead of dropping into the heart. We intellectualize pain, quote Kabbalah, and talk about tikkun and divine orchestration. And while it IS all divine orchestration, the body is still aching. The body keeps the score.

I'm breaking down the concept of Mitzrayim (Egypt, the narrow place), not just a geographic location, but a state of consciousness where your breath feels tight, options feel limited, heart feels trapped, identity feels small. Every soul must pass through its own Egypt because constriction precedes expansion. The narrowing strips illusion, ego, false identities, attachments to what was. It's not punishment, it's divine preparation. Your expansion is coming, and when it does, you'll have the capacity to hold it.

You'll learn why emotions are waves of energy that complete themselves in 90 seconds when you're fully present (it's the story you attach that keeps them looping), why your capacity for joy is directly correlated to your capacity for grief (grief stretches your vessel so it can hold more light), and why healing doesn't happen in isolation but in the presence of safe eyes—when someone witnesses your pain without flinching, leaning in instead of away.
