Do the Parents Have Responsibility on the Shooting?

Michigan authorities are considering charges against the school shooting suspects, parents. What do you guys think here in the group, do the parents have responsibility on that? Charley: "I don't want to really make any defences for the kid, cause obviously this is just heinous and disgusting terrorism" Chees: "Once again, another try and another failure at solving the portion."
