The Intra Host Variation
The analysis involves what they call intrahost variation, where they actually go to the raw eds. So even within it's almost like the single individual is kind of running an experiment themselves in real time. And you can start to look at the frequencies of the mutation. For every ten mutations that you see, five of those will be lost. Those will just be blinking an kind of that signal to noise zone m at really low levels.
