Like you hear examples too that are more positive and maybe they're a little like paternalistic or something I don't know how to describe it but like a classic example that comes up is with like toothpaste. Like Colgate or whoever put mint in it and then it had this refreshing feel and it made it more of a habit thing and a lot of people adopted it. In some ways that seems like probably a good thing like probably good to for you know tooth health or you know hygiene or whateverI think consent is something that is a really key thing here so like with you know the toothpaste example or any of the examples where it's like banks that you know or and not banks
