Is There a Competency Gap in Mental Health Training?

I think we know enough about job design and rolecraft. We know enough around, you know, good demands and bad demands. But why do we use these sort of blunt instruments for these sorts of things? It's just confusing. I get dumbfounded by some of the ways which these things are applied. And then what were the knock on effects for those first aid is as well?"
