Women Are More Likely to Stay in the Workplace

One in three women are looking to downshift their careers or leave the workforce entirely. Research shows that if a woman has a friend at work, they're more likely to stay there. Women often pay particular attention to diversity, equity and inclusion. But they're not paid for it. And they're getting exhausted by it. It's invisible. They're getting fed up with it quite rightly. We need to recognise them, value them, pay for them and change the workplace. So it's more humane. We bring about good flexibility. We really have diversity, equality and inclusion. Women are more likely to stayed.
