i see in players the day we reach auftnoon at parcel level, who don't tell their coaches anything. They're still afraid to tell their coach because if they tell their coach, there's a fer have been dropped. I'm glad there's more awareness of issues within the game and i hope football embraces new ideas from people outside the system. And this needs to go hand in hand with better oversight and ownership of academy football from the game's custodians.
