Fidel and Raoul Castro have two sets of brothers. I think the Kennedys were probably more united than the Castro's at most points, but the Castro's did when the chips were down unite very strongly as well. And one thing that happens is that Kennedy has given those plans, which indeed were largely created under Eisenhower, very, very soon after he's come into office. He was presented with these plans for the invasion of Cuba with this mixed force of Americans and anti-Castro Cuban exiles. But he misunderstood those plans quite badly.
