What Happens if You Don't Have a Tenancy?

Rental income for Vona is $8.50, the rental income for Christchurch was $500. The rental income for the high yielding property in Wellington is $1,100. And I always allow for vacancy. So someone asked in the chat group, what happens if you don't have a tenancy? Well that's all factored into the calculator. We're using the one year rate here, but then I'm allowing for these to go up next year and then come back down to a normal, more regular long term average.
