Is the Left Really Getting Away From Class?
I think it's a real tragedy when the left gets away from class and becomes preoccupied with a lot of other stuff that winds up basically dividing ordinary voters from each other. I feel like the most interesting thinking going on in American politics today is in some ways on the heterodox center right. If you're going to reach the median voter the median working class voter you have to very much change your tune and get away from the obsession with identity politics.
