The Diplomatic Surge Has Payed Off
In my 40 years of federal government experience, I've never seen such a compressed and intensive effort to a diplomatic end. We should be stockpiling now, in my view, a humanitarian assistance on the NATO borders with Ukraine. On the military assistance side, I would go lighter than the multiple launch rocket system that Bill suggested. But now's the time to do it. He's occupied completely right now, fixated on what's happening in the east. Now’s the time to prepare in Western Ukraine.
