The Senate's Guidance on Fake Electors
CNN's Jake Tapper met with the Vice President on January 3 to talk about fake slates. The parliamentarian told him that unless they're certified by the state, it doesn't really matter. There was no recourse for somebody who wanted to present a false or separate slate of electors. Trump and John Eastman are now being prosecuted in Michigan after allegedly coming up with these fakes.
