Yuri Perez made his debut for the Miami Marlins on Friday. He had a 31 CSW percentage, 34% whiff rate and four plus whiffs across the board. His slider looked dominant; he's got one of those big old change upThose, I guess we're just going to call it like a Marlin's change up now when you throw 90 plus and it's a change up. And he was popping off on his curve outside of the change up. The pitch mix, I don't think necessarily worked in every favor, but he got big swinging whiffs in that game. It looks like he's going to be able to go deep.
