The Monster of the Erginess
In the 1600s, fishermen outside Cadiz in southern Spain pulled up their nets to find a person in them. Unlike the other times this happened, this person was alive and snacking on the fish as he struggled in the net. The fisherman only said one word, Lee Ergunis, despite being questioned in several languages. This week's Creature of the Week is the fishman of the Erginess from northern Spain.
