Is There Consistency in the Data Base?
Even in monolithic applications, people don't think about the fact that maybe you're consistent within the data base. One user reads a record andit displays it somewhere, and then they change some things,. "Then your little magic or msofwer saves the record" So that consistency is lost. Sometimes people don't even realize it. How absolutely, ow. Absolutely so the more distributed the system, the better.
