The Benefits of Growing Mushrooms
Mushrooms are much more finicky to grow the moon plants because of this kind of broad contamination issue, which means like other things are trying to grow in it. But unlike leafy greens and plants, they're actually much more energy efficient to grow. The core input costs are all from waste. And so theoretically, the input costs are a really small percentage of the total output.
