How Much Do You Do Side Hustles?
We definitely look at them. How much do they do side hustles? Because that's really important for a startup. It's not just about doing the work that they're told to do but would they find other problems in the company and try to solve them. And doing something of your own or contributing to open source while you are studying where you don't need to just show us that hustle. Like even though your core job is something else, you are still willing to solve some other problems, contribute to someone else or help out somewhere else. So, I think that definitely helps but our whole process remains the same.
