Saudi Arabia Cutting Production Outside of the OPEC Plus Group
Saudi Arabia cuts production outside of the OPEC Plus Group by a million barrels a day. Mike McGlone, who covers commodities for Bloomberg says it's rare to see an OPEC member step out and change production on its own. The Saudi minister warned us that they might be hurting so people who have been waiting to resell at higher levels have been waiting for this. And I think that's what's happening because it's a bear market.
