How to Start a Property Management Company
I think the loan gave me about $70,000 for the renovation. I intentionally went over budget and spent about another $25,000 on other items. So around the time I started the second property is when I started decide hustle as a property manager. In many ways, I consider kind of like going to school, except I got paid to learn. That's a really great way to learn how to landlord you're learning on somebody else's properties.
