Mark O'Mara: Kevin Spacey's troubles started because he was obviously advised by some crisis manager who apologized. He said, I apologize, but I apologize for something I didn't do and the jury took what was it? Less than an hour in this current milieu to acquit him of any wrongdoing. The fact though, guilt thing, don't apologize; my feeling is, if I'm going to get fired, I don't want to apologize to boss. And you know who's figured this one out?
