The Crisis of the Bretton Woods Regime

OPEC created an organization that is able to deal with the price of this critical natural resource. John Maynard Keynes had already suggested in Bretton Woods that there should have been some form of international organization dealing also with prices of commodities. But nothing happened, and then OPEC came along saying we can do things on the most important in terms of economic value at least natural resource in the world. Let's do the same for the rest.
