Solar, Wind and Offshore Wind - What's the Cheapest?
Right now solar is the least expensive resource. There's a lot of that available in California. There's also some wind both in California and out of state. And so those are the main resources that we're looking at. Down the road, we're definitely interested in offshore wind. But that technology isn't going to be ready by 2025 when we have our goal.
