Do psychopaths know they are one? That's a great question. I think insight varies. Some of the adolescents that i've worked with seem to recognize that they are a little more cold blooded than the average person. Other people, i think, believe that they're more normal than they are. We usually anchor our beliefs about what human beings are like from our own experiences. And so most of us who are caring have at least some capacity for care for other people. Assume that that's true of everybody else. Ah, and for most people it is.
