What's the Difference Between 15 Minute Meetings and Long Meetings?

If there is a meeting that's gonna happen, and if it's my meeting, I do an agenda. And I don't do the formal outline agenda that people are used to,. But instead, I write down the issues and the questions to be answered. The first question is, do we buy blue or white toilet paper? So you write the question down and you make a list of it.
