Investing for the Long Run

If people are we mentioned stocks for the long run why should they care about macroeconomic wobbles? We're already above the pre-crisis highs of 07 if you just put it away until you retire and don't look at it. That's that is true if you can be patient and just put it in you know indexed fund and let it ride and don't panic when things go bad. You know I think you will do very very well.
