Immunology - I'm Teaching a Microbiology Lecture for Pre Professionals and Graduate Students
This term I'm teaching an immunology lecture, which is really for pre professionals and a couple of graduate students who've never had a fundamental course in immunology. We have a pretty big track of microbiology majors who want to work in hospital diagnostic labs as clinical lab scientists. So that's a big part of the kind of work that we do specializing for people who are headed to different trajectories. Like Somali, I teach a microbiology course in the spring that has a section devoted to the immune system.
