The Herd: A Murder Mystery Set Within an All-Female Co-Working Space
I always want my books to explore something that I'm interested in and something that I usually don't have a lot of clarity about how I feel about it. To give one example, the herd, my second book is a murder mystery that's set within a bougie exclusive all-female co-working space. And so I knew there was enough of sort of a beating heart there that I could wrestle with it for the next few hundred pages. So yeah, it's sort of like starting with this really wide net and then narrowing it myself and then working with my editor to sort of narrow it down to something that we both are really excited about and that we think will resonate with people
