Al-Rasul Wa Rasul - Isa Isa Rasul

The nebi is somebody who upholds the previous shariya or doesn't have a book. This seems to be a very good opinion at first stroke and it makes a lot of sense, but there are specific names that do not match up with this definition. The Prophet sallam said al-rullama wa rathatu al-ambiya the scholars are now going to do the jobs that the prophets used to do right Allah is not going to send any more prophets so then who's going to uphold the shariya interpret theShariya make sure the shariyayas are followed? i would say let's call this both four and five and five eight
