Giovanni Montez go kilometer pressure is a really good book on common article free he talks more extensively than I do in my book basically the longer history of regulating non-antash armed conflicts including the period of the 1970s. Nick Möhler has written a history of the sanctions regimes particularly for the interwar period and i think it's also interesting for international lawyers to kind of make sense of the past three sanctions as they're probably a different tool of war making in our time than what I've been talking about today.
