The apprentich ap apprenticeship model is about getting closer to the business and making sure that you truly understand their problem. It comes from working with your business constituents on a regular basis, and really understanding the world from their point of view. You can go at it like you could if you're just coming straight out of school and haven't had a lot of experience,. But usually that mightin my experience, it comes from working in the real world. And i think we'll talk abouk, talk about hiring it a bit.
