From 1977 to 1985, Los Angeles became the center of two of the most notorious, vicious and devastating serial killer investigations in US history. The period saw 25 murders, five attempted murders, an unknown number of sexual assaults and an entire county in a state of terror. We've had yet another set of remains identified.
