Putinism and Russia Are Not Going to Survive

I think that they're going to definitely get back to the lines that existed before February. Putinism and Russia are not going to come out of this the way they went into it. I support making sure that we move forward to defeat Russia in that program. But there should be no blank check on anything. We are $31 trillion in debt. Is that a responsible statement?
