The Importance of Access Related Rewards

I think everybody's rewards programs start out that way in the beginning and then at some point you have to sort of go Oh, yeah. Now there's 500 people involved and I can't be male and Pliny the elder around the world or whatever, right? So Yeah, I mean it totally makes sense. The really valuable ones again, it goes back to like what are people interested in and what motivates them And Personally access is usually the best reward that most people want.
