Lizzie Borden was found guilty of murdering her brother Andrew and his wife Abby in 1893. The jury at the trial were all men as women could not be jurors back then. Dr William Dolan, who conducted the autopsy on both bodies, is called to the stand by the district attorney. He says he believes that Lizzie stood over Abigail Borden's body when she was assaulted. "I believe that the assailant in the case stood as tried the prostrate body of Mrs. Borden as she was lying face downwards on the floor"
