How to Answer Big Questions?

Vivian: When we ask ourselves large stions like, does it all really matter? Do i really matter? That's an impossible question to answer. If we're asking ourselves big questions, it's like sprint planning or back log refinement. So let em break it down into smaller and smaller things.
