Resilience Is the Key to Success, Right?

i just kind o wanted to gather a couple of thoughts from what i've heard from across the room, right? I we've kind of been very lucky that we haven't seen a recession yet. And i guess the optimism that's kind of built into us is, while that's really powerful, can also be a weakness if we don't back it up with resilience. How do we learn that resilience without losing that optimism? That's something i'm thinking aboutfor the rest of the week.
