Converting Between Faiths in Norway

Norway's principal church and the country's moslem council signed an agreement recognizing conversion between the faiths back in two thousand and seven. It was a way of trying to further trust between different faith communities and improve public tions of moslems. Conversion away from islam is considered apostasy, which means abandoning your religion. There aren't exact figures on how many moslems have converted to christianity since but some estimates indicate there are now around three thousand converts in norwegians.
