The Volatility of Regional Banks
The past three years have been extremely active for these big G-Sibs. Western Alliance or Africa's Pac West, they were looking for a solution or equity ways and then the opportunity wasn't right. I think nobody wants to really issue equity in this market. The way these regional banks have less regulation, their view is under-equotised,. less capital because they've been able to exclude unrealized losses from regulatory capital.
