Mobile QB Teams With Low RPO Pass Rates

I'm defining teams with a mobile quarterback as ones who ran the ball 80 or more times with their quarterbacks since 2019. Only one of the 21 teams in this category failed to have a single player with a 20% target share. The top passketchers on those mobile quarterback teams are usually seeing a high target share. This could explain the market related things that we're seeing with mobile quarterbacks.
