The film comes from a perspective of transe suicide, specifically the specific type of suffering experienced by transe people in a society where they cannot be who they want to be. There isa sort of conflation between suicide and flying like a neo. I thought it was interesting in the way that it showed how they both also needed each other,. Like neo in the end, needed trinity to fly, in a sense, right?
