Dopamine Fasting: A Metacognitive Strategy to Reduce Consumption

We're all basically chasing dopamine and have all these gremlins camped out on that side. The way to do that is to actually do a dopamine fast, cut out all of those small and large rewards for long enough so the balance can be restored. And then we're motivated to keep doing it, not necessarily abstaining, but maybe going back to using our various drugs in more moderation.
