Leviticus, chapter five. If any one sins in that he hears a public adjuration, testify. And though he is a witness, whether he has seen or come to know the matter, yet does not speak, he shall bear his iniquity. When a man is guilty of any of these, he shall confess the sin he has committed. He bring his guilt offering to the lord for the sin which he has committed,.
