How to Be a Better Team Captain

I used to think about everyone on the team helping me Make the best show mm-hmm and that was bad. Now I'm like yo when you the captain you got to just know you the captain and not really mention it And be like yo, what can I do to get you the best shot on the hoot? That's been a big change for me.
