Is This Going to Be a Delay Tactic?

CNN's John Defterios and the Guardian's Hugo Lowell weigh in on whether or not Mike Pence will testify. They say he won't, but this is likely to be a delay tactic by the White House. The Justice Department could get around his claim of immunity if they go before a D.C. judge who would rule against him. But that doesn't mean it wouldn't hamper their inquiry into what happened during January 6th joint congressional session.
