The Judge's Restrictions on Communication With Witnesses
The judge initially suggested that the Department of Justice should come up with a list of fact witnesses. Trump would be, you know, restricted to not discussing or communicating with those witnesses or victims. The same kind of considerations and practical problems that arose with NALTA's communications with Trump would also apply to those fact witnesses as well.
