The President's Attitude in the Tax Returns Case
It feels a little bit like the Clinton administration where there was a number of different investigations going on. It is certainly the, I don't know exactly how to call it, the attitude of the president himself in terms of saying things like, we're going to fight all the subpoenas. Whether that's a good thing or ends up being a good thing for the institution of Congress or not, it's a little hard to say. If you want to go to court, you want to try to find the strongest and most important case you can.
